Clients meet up in person regularly each week to be coached through a workout, ensuring proper form and technique, properly introduce new exercises, and build a personal relationship.

Individualized Programming

These are not cookie cutter workouts. Every clients program is specially written by me for you. Taking into account all your unique variables and individual goals, to create program that works for you.
Programs are updated every 4-8 weeks.

24/7 Communication Access

Communication Access with me for session coordination, and any questions you have regarding diet and workouts when you’re on your own.

Monthly Subscription model

No 3-12 month contracts. Pay month to month for as long as you need to reach your goals. Priced based on number of weekly sessions.

Digital Check-ins including weight, pictures, and a breakdown of your week. This helps me to keep you accountable and adapt your program to ensure you continue making progress.
